At Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC., we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we are happy to offer a return credit for eligible items.

No Exchanges for Hygiene Reasons

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer exchanges. Please choose your items carefully and refer to our product descriptions and images to make an informed decision.

Return Credit Eligibility

To be eligible for return credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

Photo Submission for Damaged Items

Users do not need to ship damaged items back. Instead, they must submit clear photos of the damaged or badly scratched items to mornerougejewely@gmail.com.

Acceptable Return Credit Reasons

1. Product Arrived Damaged or Badly Scratched (Eligible for credit equivalent to 50% of the original price)

Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. inspects every parcel and makes sure pieces are damage free prior to shipment. However, as a show of good faith, Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. will incur 50% of the cost of the items shipped due to the fact that it cannot be verified where along the shipping process the parcel incurred damage. Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. wants every customer to enjoy its pieces. Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. reserves the right to refuse return credit if the item is in its original/ advertised condition.

2. Received the Wrong Item (Eligible for credit equivalent to 100% of the original price)

Upon receipt of photographic evidence, Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. will assess the image and original order invoice to provide a refund. Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. reserves the right to refuse return credit if the item is correct and is in its original/advertised condition.

Unacceptable Return Credit Reasons

1. Shipping Courier Delivers Products Late

Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. is not responsible for errors  and delays that may happen once the item is handed off to the shipping facility.

2. Shipping Courier Loses Products

Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. is not responsible for errors that may happen once the item is handed off to the shipping facility. Please contact the courier and open a claim.

3. Product Fails to Meet Expectations

Morne Rouge Jewelry LLC. is not responsible for this. Please choose your items carefully and refer to our product descriptions and images to make an informed decision prior to purchasing.
